We are a group of professionals that have worked with organisations all over Australia ( and occaisionally further afield ) to help them move from uncertainty to purpose, build capacity, respond to change, change cultures and then communicate these changes in a way that will stand out from the crowd. Most of the group have a depth of experience working with aged care organisations. Our two principals have experience with CDC. Combined, we have more than 60 years experience working across the areas of strategy development, organizational change, branding and communication.
