By working on behalf of all residents, the Mahogany Homeowners Association will work closely with residents to create a genuine sense of community, to be shared and enjoyed by all who choose to make Mahogany their home. The Mahogany Homeowners Association (HOA) will oversee the preservation of the community in addition to hosting year-round events and programs designed to bring neighbours together as friends. With all residents contributing funds annually, the HOA will be ensured a guaranteed source of revenue. These funds will be used to successfully maintain the amenities and lands they will inherit from Hopewell, as well as to provide lifestyle programs and community events within Mahogany. Under the leadership of the HOA’s Board of Directors, the community will continue to offer outstanding lifestyle opportunities and enhanced value for generations to come.
