Alpha’s principals have extensive market knowledge and a wide range of technical, financial, legal and commercial expertise gained over the last three decades as private investors and lessors in the commercial aviation industry. Our customer base includes airlines operating globally, leasing companies, maintenance and repair organizations as well as other institutional investors. Historically we have focused our investment attention on mid-life aircraft and engine programs including extensive experience with freighter aircraft and passenger to freighter conversion programs as well as new aircraft and engines purchase directly from manufacturers. Headquartered in Memphis with an office and warehouse in Miami, Alpha continues to manage its own investments in commercial aircraft, engines and components.
