I will introduce you to the AEQ Method® and more importantly, I will teach you how to apply it yourself. The method will help you eliminate tension and stiffness in a safe, gentle way. You will become more aware of your body and emotions and eliminate possible causes of chronic pain permanently. Along the way, you'll learn how to apply all of this elsewhere: in your family, with your hobbies, or after work with your interests. Move: Using simple exercises from the AEQ Method®, we move and observe what we do. In doing so, we always strive for a better solution. We strive to move more efficiently, meaning we use less effort. This helps us to increase our awareness. We can now more efficiently manage the process of constantly re-evaluating our evolving feelings and priorities. This allows us to better balance work and personal life opportunities. Grow: Through this educational process of heightened awareness, we can set the right priorities and implement change. We consciously maintain and change our behavior, attitude and movement. The method is active and based on sensorimotor, organic learning. The more we know what we are doing, the more control we have. This allows us to be consistent and efficient when making changes in our lives. Changes that go beyond fluid movements and less pain.
