Trident Water Company was established in New Castle, Delaware in 1989 as a supplier of quality bottled spring water to customers in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Positioned as a dependable vendor to government and the military, TWC clients included the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Dover Air Force Base, the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, the Delaware National Guard during Operation Desert Storm, state hospitals and prison systems, federal and state government facilities, as well as several thousand residential customers. Trident Water Company was acquired by Wissahickon Spring Water, Inc. in December, 2000.
