By consulting with our customers we now run 6 fleets to meet the increasing and changing demands, ensuring we provide customers with what they want rather than what we think they want. They are: Regular minicab, all vehicles are less than 5 years old. Executive fleet for VIP needs. Chauffeur fleet for very special occasions. Wheelchair accessible fleet. Green fleet. MPV’s & luxury 16 seater minibuses. Our distinctively uniformed, Meet & Greet team are based permanently in all Heathrow terminals. Our objective to have clients met with a familiar face who seamlessly introduces them to their driver, assist them with any changes or unforeseen circumstances to their ongoing journey. Live flight data assists the allocation of airport bookings, eliminating customers waiting time and minimising parking charges. Multiple booking methods are available, phone, email, online, smartphone, app and web bookings. Using online & smartphone platforms means clients can manage their own profiles & make changes to their preferences, regular addresses and method of payment. Bookers using smart phones can track their driver & are further furnished with car & driver details including a photograph.
