We started I2A2 because we encountered first-hand the challenge that all the companies face nowadays when hiring tech talent. Especially when dealing with emerging or frontier technologies. After onboarding more than 2,500 students for free we realized that we were doing more than just sharing our knowledge. We realized that through Technology and Education we could change the world. We're empowering people to improve their lives, solve problems and make the world a better place. What we do: We offer practical emerging technology courses. At the end of 6 months, students will have practiced and built solutions for a real-life case application. Why do we need a new way: Emerging technologies have proven that our classrooms are not enough when building these professionals. Our education system is not able to keep up with our innovation speed. Our students are trained through real-world problems and implementations. More than work experience, we provide life experiences. Changing the world: Emerging technologies have the power to solve some of the world's most difficult challenges and it’s only with innovation + qualified people that we will build a better world. We want to give the opportunity to people all over the world to join I2A2. It doesn’t matter if they are from the tech industry or not, or if they have money for a career transition/improvement or not. If they are willing to put in the effort, we are willing to teach them.
