Our services include spurring community investment through the provision of homebuying programs, partnering with community members and housing developers to build diverse housing options that uplift communities and offer other assistance that support community building in the 3rd largest county in the United States. We also deliver programs aimed at assisting with rent, mortgage and utility costs. Further, we are integrally involved with and support programs that avail our most vulnerable communities, persons experiencing homelessness, identify the resources and services they need. Through our Disaster Recovery division, CSD provides relief for county residents who have incurred property loss due to hurricanes, floods or other declared disasters. Other critical services we provide include public transportation in selected portions of the county and funeral services for those without family or the ability to afford burial on their own.
