Critical Minerals Group (CMG) was founded on our outlook for a global shift to decarbonisation and electrification, which is strongly underpinned by our ESG principles. Our flagship tenement, the Lindfield Vanadium and HPA project covers 295km² in the Julia Creek area of Northwestern Queensland, Australia. The tenement lies within the vast Toolebuc Formation, a sedimentary unit that covers a large area of Queensland. This formation is recognized as one of the largest deposits of vanadium in the world. Critical Minerals Group is a 100% owner of the Lindfield Vanadium Exploration Project, Figtree Creek Project and Lorena Surrounds Project.
