We believe that listening, cultural exchange, and effortful, diverse human connection is critical for our happiness and survival at all levels. Since exchange is so beneficial and needed, we think there should be an easy way for anyone to participate in exchange at the grassroots level. Acquaint is a global cultural exchange where everyone is welcome. Our platform is optimized to promote listening, equality, and respect between participants on a massive scale. Today, Acquaint volunteers from over 70 countries spend hundreds of hours per week engaging in 1-on-1 conversations.
