PEMEX Procurement International, Inc. (PPI) is a wholly owned company of Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) that was created to provide procurement services to PEMEX, its productive subsidiary companies and affiliates. PPI is based in Houston, Texas and conducts business with suppliers located all over the world. The products of interest to its clients include oil well drilling and production equipment, marine equipment, engines, turbines, compressors, chemical products, and related services.
