TNT Performance is a functional fitness gym that specializes in kettlebell training. Although we also make use of body weight and barbell exercises, we've found kettlebells to be the best all-around tool for developing strength (without building mass), improving conditioning, and shredding body fat. And there's no better place to learn to use kettlebells correctly as our staff includes some of the highest-qualified SFG and RKC kettlebell instructors in Wisconsin.  While many of our clients initially start out with weight-loss goals, they typically discover that their improved strength and flexibility not only make their everyday lives easier but also allow them to do things outside of the gym that they haven't been able to do since they were kids (or perhaps ever). We encourage them to (and many do eventually) take up new physical activities like dancing, hiking, biking, climbing, martial arts, adventure racing, and other individual and team sports.  Accordingly, we believe that the time our clients spend in the gym should be used wisely… Workouts simply must be effective, time-efficient, and fun. And they still must leave clients with enough energy to successfully function throughout the rest of their day.
