I am a LEADERSHIP trainer and coach. I work with people, young and old, who are ready to explore their own leadership potential. Leaders think differently which changes the way they communicate and act. Leaders know themselves, what they want and demonstrate fierce courage while taking action to close the gap of who they aspire to be and achieve their goals. I have worked with many youth who are stepping into independence, young adults as they enter the workforce, and adults who are in new, unfamiliar space-unemployed, new position, unexpected life experience.
