It is located at the beginning of pedestrian zone, in the vicinity of Republic square and it is surrounded by numerous theatres, museums, cinemas, as well as many city and state institutions. It has 123 comfortable rooms out of which 10 luxury apartments. There are 36 duplex rooms on the first and on the second floor of the hotel.
