1999: Founded Qinglian Hardware Machinery Factory and manufactured medical hand-washing device under a Chinese brand name 2002: Started stainless steel faucet project. After 8 months of development, the first stainless steel faucet was born. 2004: Registered trademark “SENTO”. 2006: Sento stainless steel faucets were introduced and sold globally upon approval of the Watermark certification. 2008: Sento products approved by cUPC certificate, SGS testing, Kiwa certificate, EN 817 testing, VA certificate, WRAS testing and sold well in overseas markets. 2009: Worked with Danish designer Jacob Jensen to create the Phoenix Series which combines iconic design with stainless steel. In the same year, signed a strategic investment cooperation agreement with Changde Tianlun Precision Casting Co., Ltd and planned to set up HUNAN SENTO Stainless Steel Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd, then started construction on the first phase of the new 323,000 ft2 facility. 2011: Set up “HUNAN SENTO Stainless Steel Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd” in March and launched the first production line of precision casting; Gained awards such as “Green Eco Products mark” and “Most Innovative Brand in China Sanitary Industry”, etc. 2012: Worked with Swedish designer Anders Kristiansson; Gained award “China Top 100 Kitchen & Bath Sanitary Enterprise” as the first stainless steel faucet manufacturer.
