African Technology Foundation is an independent not-for-profit foundation established to advance technology transfer in technology innovation, health care, and education. The foundation aspires to be an influential African and international entity supporting the efforts of African scientists and researchers, and defending the interests of the region in the field of information technology, as well as protecting humanity from the hazards and the negative effects of technological developments. The foundation is incorporated in the State of Washington, DC.
