At RK Fischer & Associates, we provide both business management consulting and business coaching with more of a focus on strategic engagements versus tactical consulting which is outlined above. Once we are engaged with a client and we are familiar with your business, we will provide tactical consulting as needed or refer you to one of our professional affiliates for services we do not provide. Our business coaching and consulting services support existing small businesses that already have a business number. We do not have specific services for those in the idea phase. There are small business centres in most provinces that provide free or reduced-rate services to businesses in this phase. We are more than happy to provide a referral to businesses that are pre-startup. The customers we serve are between 1-100 employees and between $500K - $30M CDN in revenue. RK Fischer & Associates has been providing business consulting and business coaching to owner-operated businesses since 2010. The business was started by our 2 partners after spending over 25 years each in senior management and executive roles in businesses including large, medium, small, as well as start-up businesses in a variety of industries. We found that businesses that were under 150 employees were underserved by many consulting and coaching firms and had difficulty finding highly qualified business consultants and business coaches that understood the needs of owner-operated businesses.
