SPD was founded in 2004 by Stig Holmboe and Kei Edelved and the partner group has more than 100 years of combined experience with developing, managing and investing in real estate. Since its inception SPD has completed projects excess of 300.000 m2. SPD is a pioneer within privately operated care home properties in Denmark and Swedenand developed the first non-subsidised care home property in Denmark.
