SCE is a full service geotechnical engineering, construction inspection, and field testing firm with a certified laboratory equipped to provide all soils and concrete testing required for job completion. We have successfully served the building community in the Washington Metropolitan areas for 63 years. SCE provides a full range of services including geotechnical and structural engineering, commercial and residential inspections (including special inspections), third party inspections (including building, electrical, mechanical and plumbing), construction material testing, forensic and post construction investigations, soil science, and land development management. Our staff includes professional engineers, certified Virginia Building Officials, certified commercial and residential building inspectors, soil scientists, geologists, laboratory and field technicians, and capable support staff.
