Richland Engineering Limited (REL) is a full service Civil Engineering firm in Mansfield, Ohio. The firm’s initial mission and focus, which continues today, is that of providing quality engineering services for private entities, townships, villages, cities, counties, and the State of Ohio. REL provides airport engineering, highway engineering, bridge design and inspection, structural engineering, and field surveying and right-of-way services throughout Ohio. Richland Engineering Limited was founded in 1968 as a Limited Partnership Association and is owned and managed by three Partners and two Associate Partners.
