Many years ago someone said to me – “We need someone like you to help us with our business”. From the feedback I was receiving I knew I had many skills that people seemed to want and it was the work I loved doing, so in 1999 I took a leap of faith and established Leadership & Executive Coaching. "What makes you different to all the other coaches?" People say they like my coaching style because I keep things simple. I aim to create an atmosphere where people feel safe to share anything without being judged. I look for the gold in people and help them see it for themselves. When you think about the best coach/mentor you have ever had, they are people that you trust, that support you but also give you constructive, useful feedback to help you grow. As Tony Robbins says,”If you stop growing basically you are dying”.
