Triad Real Estate Investors Association (Triad REIA) was created to provide an outlet for Investors, Realtors, and Real Estate related professionals in the Triad and surrounding areas (Winston, Greensboro, High Point) to network and get educated on issues pertaining to local investment opportunities here in the Triad. Triad REIA meets every Tuesday at Logan's Roadhouse at Wendover Bridford Pkwy in Greensboro and every Thursday in Winston-Salem at Lone Star Steakhouse on Creekshire Way off of Hanes Mall Blvd. Meetings are at 12:00 Noon. Experienced and beginners are welcome to attend. We have open discussions about the day-to-day needs and wants of local investors just like you. Both groups join for a combined meeting the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Airport Marriott in Greensboro at 7:00 PM (no lunch meetings that week).
