Cumberland Family Medical Center Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 115 community health centers serving 22 counties in north-central and south-central Kentucky. Providing complete primary care for the entire family, we also provide oral health services, school-based health centers, work-based health centers, behavioral health services, a pediatric wellness program, a 340B discount pharmacy program, outreach services, local scholarships, and both pediatric and OB-GYN specialty care.
