Corporate manager, turned freelancer, turned CEO of a start-up in one very unusual and very intense year (yes, 2020, I see you!). I have learned the hard way that there is no manual for dealing with changes in the labor market. So I created one myself and here I am, willingly sharing it, for almost three years now, spreading future-proofing and work-life balance, in the constantly changing reality within my company Natalia Florek Personal Branding. Currently, I mainly support candidates in creating a personal brand in recruitment, i.e. getting the job they want. I also position and run profiles on LinkedIn, usually for start-up founders and leaders. I sometimes mentor accelerators in the field of founders' personal brand (e.g. Reaktor X, Huge Thing). Sometimes I train in future-oriented companies in future skills of their employees. I also support them in the field of work-life balance and work-life integration. In my work, I rely on the experience gained as an internal trainer and hiring manager, but above all on data and analysis of people smarter than me.
