Here his work focuses on "culture", including dialogue around purpose, character, judgement and behaviour. His areas of study include neuroscience, anthropology, sociology, psychology, organizational behaviour and moral philosophy. Over 500,000 employees in these firms are now licensed to use the IP he has developed both for assessing character and culture (MoralDNA) and for making better ethical judgements (ethicability).
