HayMax Capital, LLC, founded in 2004 by brothers Aaron and Michael Brown, is a developer of real estate in Colorado, Idaho and New York. HayMax Capital currently owns, and through its wholly-owned management company HayMax Hotels, operates four boutique hotels, two in Aspen and two in Ketchum, Idaho, the home of the Sun Valley Ski Resort. HayMax also develops luxury residences in Aspen.
