SET group creates and applies advances in high frequency power architectures, high heat flux thermal management, and embedded planar magnetics to enable commercial high power, high voltage, high density, high efficiency power modules and systems. Our implementation of robust electrical and mechanical design innovations for radiation-effects and high-reliability in standardized form-factors further support highly flexible and scalable power systems for industrial and mission critical applications.
