Based in Berlin, I help executives, teams and organizations design and develop work environments that genuinely pursue a triple bottom line: people, planet, profit. This means putting people and their needs and talents at the core of what you do, taking real responsibility for the future of our planet, and being economically successful exactly because of it. I work in three areas: 1. Agile Coaching: I help teams and leaders create sustainable added value for their customers and employees across functional silos by consistently focusing on user centricity. 2. Transformation: As a facilitator, I create participatory and engaging change and transformation journeys. 3. Organizational design: I put 10 years of expertise and experience at the service of my clients to create Agile, self-organized and user-centric working environments. I work in German and English both in Germany and internationally. The workshops I facilitate are powerful experiences in collaboration, whether they be held in a physical or virtual setting.
