Using these valuable experiences and values, Stephen Cury founded and opened SEC Construction & Development, Inc. in 2003 now dba STEVE CURY CONSTRUCTION. At that time, SEC Construction & Development was primarily involved in developing and building boutique residential projects in up-scale communities in and around the West Palm Beach waterfront areas. Throughout this time, Stephen was involved in numerous custom construction projects with owners including complete home renovations, additions and new construction “turn-key” homes. Stephen prides himself and his business on building the highest quality homes, with a “hands on” approach to construction management and superior client service with integrity in every project built. Stephen Cury currently resides in the southern area of West Palm Beach with his wife and three children. Stephen graduated from Florida State University in 1994 with a BS and is currently a licensed Florida General Contractor as well as a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
