Momentum is a venture capital fund based in Bergen, Norway, that invests in companies with sustainability at the heart of their business. We invest in innovative and ambitious teams, with a particular focus on technology firms in the ocean industries, renewable energy, agriculture and construction/property. We typically enter in the early growth stages, following our portfolio companies all the way through their scaling. We roll up our sleeves and contribute to the development of our companies, always based on aligned incentives. Momentum brings competence and involvement to the table, not only equity. We are currently building a portfolio of 10-12 companies in our second fund, primarily in Norway but also with a Nordic perspective.
