We are a Wales wide representative body with members ranging from small specialist training providers to national and international organisations, as well as local authorities and charities. We represent the interests of training providers and learners to inform them about all aspects of the education and training agenda in Wales. We have strong links and a good working relationship with all key stakeholders in the sector, including the Welsh Government, Members of Parliament, Members of the Senedd, Careers Wales, Jobcentre Plus, CBI, Sector Skills Councils and local authorities. We provide an Employer Referral Service for organisations looking to find out more about taking on a new recruit or to upskill their current workforce. The organisation is then introduced to the relevant training provider to discuss the best training route for them, through the Welsh Government Apprenticeships and Employability programmes.
