The mission of CTRI is 1) to bring together key institutions and individuals from the public and private sectors, including academic, public health and community medicine institutions, and neighborhood schools and community-based organizations for prevention of chronic disease, and 2) to transform population health practice through translation of prevention science into community-based programs and sustained practice and policy.
