The V-Knights band is a Blues / Rock band composed of three brothers ages 10 (twins) and 8. Their musical career started in December 2008 after getting their first guitars. Within hours of getting their instruments they composed a song called "Three". Gabriel and Christian were 8 years old, Michael was 15 year old, and Alex was 5 years old at the time. Since then they've composed over 15 songs which were influenced by BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimmie Vaughan, John Lee Hooker Jr., Santana, Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, Albert Collins, and others. Their first performance was in January 2010 in which they hosted their own benefit concert in an effort to raise money for the people of Haiti after the earthquake. They composed a song called Helicopter Rescue inspired by news clips on TV of helicopters coming in to rescue the people. Little did they know that this would be the beginning of a fun and worthwhile musical journey. The V-Knights were recently selected as the official band to represent The Phoenix Children's Hospital Kids Rock Stars program.
