Spicin Foods' 60,000 square foot facility is located on the historic Southwest Boulevard in Kansas City, Kansas. Spicin Foods (formerly Original Juan Specialty Foods) has been creating specialty sauces, salsas, snacks and dips for wholesale, retail and co-pack/private label customers since 1998. Some of the company’s most recognizable brands are Pain is Good, Da’Bomb, Fiesta Juan’s, and American Stockyard. Spicin Foods also manufactures custom food products under co-packaging and private label arrangements for more than 100 companies throughout the world. We currently produce over 1,500 products in our facility. Spicin Foods operates fully automated production lines featuring: • A lean manufacturing process designed for efficiency and flexibility to enable quick response to customer requests • Thirteen kettles ranging in size from 80 gallons to 400 gallons, allowing Spicin Foods to maintain its Micro-BatchTM approach, yet service customers both large and small • The flexibility to handle a wide variety of packaging types and sizes, from 1-ounce bottles and up to 275 gallon totes • HACCP-approved, BRC Certified quality control practices that consistently exceed FDA standards • Certification from Kansas State University for Sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices
