Founded in 2019, the Jua Primary school aims to provide quality education to the children of Bujumbura, Burundi. Funded by coffee sales from a Fair-Trade farm in East Africa, Jua uses our beloved brown beans to create a tangible change in Africa's poorest nation. With an emphasis on providing students with the opportunity to learn skills needed to thrive in a rapidly developing third world economy, Jua is an educational pioneer in the region. Jua emphasizes the education of women in the region and will look to create a more fair playing for those who desire a better life for themselves and their family.
