GOAL2WORK offers a range of interventions designed to empower job seekers, and provide a clearly defined course of action aimed at meaningful employment in the job market. The e-learning version offers interactive animation, video, activities and assessments, and is available 24/7 on cell, computer or tablet. The programme offers a systematic approach to development of a career identity, career planning and job hunting, using tools and methods that are not normally considered or utilised in a coordinated approach, thus ensuring unemployed individuals a far higher success rate at securing employment. The GOAL2WORK programme takes each individual step by step through the milestones that should be achieved during an effective job search and offers the option of additional work readiness modules. The programme can be delivered in various formats ranging from lecture-led to full e-learning or a blended version.
