He earned a Higher Diploma in Islamic Finance from the Faculty of Higher Studies, Kuwait University. Dr. Al-Anezi holds a Ph.D. in International Law from Cambridge University Great Britain, an LL.M from Tulane University - New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, and a BA in Law and Sharia from Kuwait University. They are both also registered arbitrators locally and internationally.
