Since 1997 DSTO has progressed from exclusively training door supervisors to a multi-faceted operation offering a wide range of training courses within the security and hospitality industries. Many things have changed since we started training door supervisors, but one thing that has always been, and will continue to be the same is our dedication to provide exceptional service in all aspects of our business and we continue to lead the market in SIA door supervisor training courses, CCTV operator & security guard training, this is down to our exceptional training course leaders and trainers We were instrumental in the development of the National Certificate for Door Supervisors qualification and received an Outstanding Training Partnership Award at the SITO National Training Awards 2003 for our involvement with the Security Industry Authority (SIA). Our success has been due to our belief that training should prepare the student for the reality of the job, rather than just how to pass an exam. So we only use quality trainers who have a wealth of sector experience. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the industry. We pay attention to detail and we do not believe in short cuts. We like to be judged on our complete service to our customers, so we place a high degree of importance on all aspects of this function. Above all we believe that miss-selling of courses attracts bad publicity and therefore we are honest in our approach to potential candidates.
