Next Step Counseling is a niche boutique group practice that provides individual and couples therapy with expertise in relationship and life transitions. We are mindfully holistic in our treatment. Our specialties include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships (monogamous and non-traditional), grief & loss, co-dependency, and phase of life concerns.
