Growing quickly since 2014, L2 now has offices in Miami, FL, Chicago, IL, and Providence, RI. The concept for our model evolved from our own needs as we acquired our real estate portfolio. A creative approach of identifying properties that are 'off the grid' leads to above-market returns within our portfolio. The genesis of this has led to the formation of L2 Partners in order to help a select group of investors achieves the same results.
