We help creative people judge where their talent can flourish, using our knowledge of the market and the opportunities out there. We talk to ECD's, creative directors, copywriters, art directors, designers, digital creatives and so on. We are specialists in creative, but we don't discriminate between digital, integrated, above the line and below the line. We were founded by Canna Kendall and we're rather proud of our namesake, since she has been an advertising legend and creative matchmaker for over 30 years now. She was a trail blazer in 1976, changing the face of creative headhunting, and her principles haven't changed over time: "Act with integrity, consideration, discretion and good judgment." Nowadays, Canna isn't actively recruiting, but the spirit of Canna will never leave the business if we can help it. The current director, Vix Brown, was part of WCRS, FCB and then Goodby Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco before joining Canna Kendall.
