Impact from climate change disproportionately affects women and girls around the world, so it is critically important to see strong representation from women in climate leadership circles and future jobs. WISE seeks to be the focal point for greater participation, inclusiveness and visibility of key female stakeholders in sustainability and climate advocacy, so as to support Singapore’s Green Plan 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals.
