Produção Jr is a junior consulting company in the area of Production Engineering, linked to the Federal University of São Carlos - UFSCar. It is composed and fully managed by undergraduate students and provides consultancy and advisory services with support from the Production Engineering Department (DEP). Since 2000, Produção Jr has been providing consulting services to companies in the most diverse sectors. To serve our customers, a diagnosis of the problems is made and solutions are proposed to help in their internal organization and in the optimization of the productive and administrative processes. The performance is divided into three areas: Quality, Business and Production. Working with topics ranging from Process Mapping, through Market Research, 5S, Simulation and Layout and even the Business Plan. And many others. Our members, selected through an annual selection process, are able to carry out consultancy projects, aligning theory with practice with quality guaranteed by the university. In this way, the junior consultant gains experience and maturity to enter the job market more prepared and society is impacted by high quality and low cost services.
