In fact, we chose our company’s name as an homage to the original Five Points Development Corporation, which was founded in the 1920s and played an influential role in the neighborhood. As a Black-owned company responsible for most of the Black-led development work in the Five Points neighborhood during the 1920s through the 1950s, the original Five Points Development Corporation serves as an inspiration for our modern-day mission. We thoughtfully examine every detail of a project to ensure its distinction and legacy in the community. And our core values—Integrity, Diversity, Quality, Sustainability, and Innovation—are carried through to every place we build.
