All American Oil & Gas, Inc. is an independent E&P company principally operating in the San Joaquin Valley, California, and the US Gulf Coast. The Company recently completed Phase I of its six phase plan to develop its proven reserve base through a wholly-owned subsidiary, Kern River Holdings, Inc. which owns and operates oil and gas leases totaling 118 acres in the Kern River field which directly offsets ChevronTexaco. The Kern RIver field is the fifth largest oilfield in the United States.
