Another feature is the page where coaches, parents, players, and fans can add their season and district records and the sheets will automatically sort the district standings for them. Team websites and submitted scheduled are also linked as well. The coaches that use this site are also networked by email with the moderator, retired coach and principal Billy Hicks, who sends out regular emails to over 750 current head coaches, assistant coaches, retired coaches, and a few administrators who were coaches.
