Arkade Property was established in 2001 by Andrew Kay and Beatriz Rose. Beatriz has sadly retired but Andrew remains and has over fifteen years experience as a practising property lawyer and over ten years as a principal at Arkade Property. Arkade Property can therefore offer unrivaled knowledge of the Birmingham property market. In 2010 two new directors were appointed and Arkade Property is looking forward to a bright future. Sybilla Rose has been appointed as practice manager and James Clapham is now the head of the lettings department. Both have BA honours degrees and have considerable experience of both sales and lettings. The new commercial department is now established and Arkade Property can now offer friendly and professional advice on all aspects of the sale and letting of both residential and commercial property. After a decade in business we now have an extensive portfolio of properties and a dedicated team of staff who can offer help and advice on the legal, practical and financial aspects of letting, buying and selling property. We cover Birmingham City Centre and other areas including Moseley, Solihull and Edgbaston and operate a no let/ no sale – no fee policy. Arkade Property is a member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, MyDeposits and has NALS (the National Approved Letting Scheme) accreditation.
