Founded in 1999, Colorado Nonprofit Development Center (CNDC) is the only nonprofit in the region designed specifically to provide comprehensive fiscal sponsorship to charitable organizations under the umbrella of our 501(c)(3). When charitable organizations join our 501(c)(3), we provide robust back-office support and expert organizational guidance to equip them for success and strengthen their ability to impact the communities they serve. We offer services designed to meet the specific needs of charitable organizations, including organizational management, risk management, back-office administration, training, compliance, legal support and comprehensive fiscal sponsorship. Since our inception, CNDC has supported more than 200 Projects, managed nearly $100 million in Project revenue, and received and administered more than 1,000 grants to benefit Projects. To date, our Projects have generated more than 850,000 volunteer hours. Today, CNDC is considered an essential part of the nonprofit sector infrastructure in Colorado and a national leader in promoting fiscal sponsorship best practices.
