Medvisit Doctors Housecall is Canada’s largest network of home visiting doctors. Our team of over 90 doctors provide quality after-hours medical care to patients in Ontario at home and in senior care facilities. We are soon expanding our services to other provinces in Canada. Along with caring for patients in need, our doctors support the family doctor and help reduce pressure on the hospital system. We have a diverse team of doctors who share our passion for quality care and recognize the importance of keeping home visits a part of family medicine. Clinical governance is overseen by Medical Directors with extensive experience in-home care and family medicine. Our doctors provide episodic care in the after-hours when most Family Practices are closed. Patients have the option to request a detailed patient report to be sent to their nominated family doctor the following day, ensuring that continuity of care is maintained. We continually seek patient feedback to help maintain a very high level of patient care. We currently have opportunities across the Greater Toronto Area. Our doctors treat acute, episodic illnesses and injuries, such as respiratory infections, gastro, fevers, urinary tract infections, and minor injuries from falls: conditions that, while not life-threatening, require medical attention.
