The Southern Construction Framework (SCF) is a collaboration between Hampshire County Council and Devon County Council. The Framework connects public sector organisations throughout London, the South East and the South West with suitable building contractors to fulfil their construction requirements. The team combine their strengths and experiences to offer comprehensive support to the public sector throughout each stage of the procurement and project management process.
